I have to say that I’ve been in this career since I was 13 years old. My mother was a REALTOR® and it amazed me the happiness she had with every client, the willingness to help them during the buying/selling process.

Every single showing was made with the same enthusiasm, with the same selling presentation…it was inspiring, her clients and their story was the most important thing for her. Graduated in 1995 with a BA in Communication with a mayor in Advertising and dedicated 15+ year in that industry as a Sales Executive for radio stations, newspapers, high end magazine, alternative media, etc. Very talented in sales, but needed something more… human connection, fulfillment, dynamic transactions….I was looking for that smile in my mother’s face, I wanted to fill that.

Since 2012 I am smiling and feeling the warmth that this career gives every time a family gets the keys to their new home, their new adventure in life. Residential, Comercial Sales and Rentals are my expertise in the metro area and other municipalities in Puerto Rico. With the experience to work in a diverse market, giving me the knowledge to work LUXURY Real Estate, Foreclosed properties, Relocation clients, exclusive lister for flipping investors, act 20/22 and traditional single family homes.

Having the chance and exposure in different markets, gives me the standing as your Real Estate Professional that will adapt and manage you property and needs according to the target. When the owner of a property decides to sell, all the memories lived are part of the conversation and I carry those memories at heart and respect throughout the entire transaction.
